JP Kanodia is an export-excellence award winning entrepreneur, a mentor and a founder of Unique Organics Limited, a leading Star Export House of Agri Commodities.

He brings 30 years of extensive-experience-expertise with agro exports.

He is very organized, punctual and responsible with an attention to detail, very logical, precise and analytical.

He was born in Bikaner (Rajasthan) and later on moved to Kolkata. He completed his Graduation in commerce from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata. He moved to Jaipur with a dream and determination of starting a business of manufacturing-trading of food & feed ingredients.

His organization’s spices processing unit was first of its kind in Northern India. Under his leadership, the organization bagged various awards including the highest rice-bran exporters from India for the year 2012-13 and was also honored by Government of Rajasthan for excellence in exports. The company was also featured in Inc500 Magazine for securing 51 ranked in top 500 Mid-Sized Corporate growing Companies in the Year 2013.

Apart from business, JP Kanodia is also engaged in various other social activities. He has a passion for teaching. In order to bring deserving entrepreneurs in to the business system, he initiated innovative thinking to begin with practical classes enabling determined candidates to start their own export business and run it successfully. He started Business Minds for delivering quality practical training of exports to budding entrepreneurs.

Being an active member of Spices Board, Shellac Export Promotion Council, APEDA, Solvent Extractors Association etc. and considering his extensive experience in agro-exports, he is regularly been invited to address and nurture the present and future entrepreneurs by the state government in their seminars, events, business expos and workshops.
